Carla was great to work with. She is very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable in her field. We were in a time crunch and only had a few days before we needed to move out of our Airbnb. We contacted her as well as other real estate agents with advertised rental properties. Carla was the first to respond, she was the only one to quickly (same day) respond to our inquiries.

Unfortunately, the initial property we were interested in was already rented. However, she picked us up and showed us 3 other properties. We moved to Cuenca from Loja on New Year’s Eve by Tuesday we had called Carla to help us find an apartment. Our time frame was a short one by Jan. 14th. She showed us several places, showed us the neighborhoods we thought we would like and some really good restaurants! I first heard of Carla through her Facebook post and was very impressed by the properties she listed. I contacted her and she showed me in total 4 houses and 1 apartment, all very tempting. Carla always showed up on time for appointments while driving me to and from the property.

One house she brought me to, I fell in love with immediately, but could not decide because it was outside of Cuenca and was more than I was already paying.
